Shipping policy

Delivery Times:

  1. We currently offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
  2. Collections can be made free of charge from our distribution Centre at

  3. All collections must be pre-purchased online or by phone. Collections are only available Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 4.00pm.
  4. Collections can only be made only after a notification has been sent to you by email to indicate that your goods are ready for collection. Please do not arrive without this notification.
  5. Order before 2pm for delivery within 1-2 business days. 
    Order after 2pm for delivery within 2-3 business days. 
  6. Orders raised on Friday after 2pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday pre 12pm will be dispatched on Monday and delivered within 1-2 business days. 
    Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm. Deliveries are not available on a Saturday or Sunday. During Bank holiday periods, please allow an extra day. 
  7. We have no control over the courier or shipping providers.
    Our shipping is handled by GLS Couriers and TK Couriers.
  8. Shipping charges are set out by our transport partners.

Signature / Proof of Delivery (POD)

If you opt for goods to be left at the premises without a signature being required, please be aware that we will not accept liability for damage that may have occurred to these goods.

We offer flat-rate nationwide delivery across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Shipping fees are calculated entirely on the total weight of your cart, ensuring a predictable checkout with no hidden surprises.

All orders are processed and dispatched promptly using reliable freight and courier networks.

  • Nationwide Delivery (Small Order) Weight: 15kg – 45kg (1 to 3 Containers)

    Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days

    Rate: €20.00

  • Nationwide Delivery (Medium Order) Weight: 45.01kg – 105kg (4 to 7 Containers)

    Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days

    Rate: €35.00

  • Nationwide Delivery (Large Order) Weight: 105.01kg – 179.99kg (8 to 11 Containers)

    Delivery Time: 2 – 3 business days

    Rate: €40.00 (Subsidised Bulk Rate)

  • Nationwide Delivery (Bulk Club Promotion) Weight: 180kg and up (12+ Containers)

    Delivery Time: 1 – 3 business days
